Everyday Eclectic Card

     Have you seen the new Red Rubber Designs store yet? It looks fabulous, is easy to navigate, and really showcases each and every product with larger detailed photos! So I'm back with an everyday card that can be used for almost any occasion. I started by painting an ombré background onto white cardstock with Dylusions Paints, cut about 1/2" larger than the Here I am stamp I used to emboss with.

     Then I embossed the pears with the Everyday Eclectic stamp, colored with Distress Inks, and mounted it onto black cardstock after distressing the edges.

     Finally, I placed a strip of sheer ribbon before machine stitching around the image and background.
