Today I have a fun summer card featuring Lighthouse and Seagulls and the sentiment is from Joyful Notes.
I decided to make a step card for this one so I stamped Lighthouse and Seagulls. I did some masking on this so I just stamped the lighthouse first, cut a mask, placed it over the lighthouse, then stamped a few seagulls. I removed the mask and colored Lighthouse and Seagulls. I then put the masks back on including the seagulls and used my airbrush to add the background color and sun with my Copics.
Remove the masks and you're done! I stamped the sentiment from Joyful Notes onto a circle of patterned paper and tucked in under the top of Rectangle image. I hope you will give this technique a try. You could also use ink on the background if you don't have an airbrush. So give masking a try!
