Happy Thursday to you! Angie here with a Christmas card to share today. I am a little behind in my Christmas card making so I decided to turn this cute Rocking Horse image into a Christmas rocking horse.
Although I chose to color the little flower on the rocker in traditional Christmas colors it's actually not a poinsettia which allows for great versatility! This image would be lovely for a baby or children's card, as well as a Christmas card!
Thank you so much for stopping by!

To finish off my project I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Vintage Santa unmounted stamp set and added ribbons. (This sentiment can also be found in the Vintage Christmas cling mount stamp set.)

Rocking horse done up for Christmas is lovely. Like the poinsettia and bows too.
ReplyDeleteOh, Angie, I just love rocking horses, and this is a wonderful one. Beautifully colored, and what a great layout and perfect poinsettia array at the top (I love them and have a bush now after two years from a pot we had that is just beginning to turn red...love it). And, oh I just love gingham...perfect for this card along with the ribbon! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty card - I love rocking horses!

Great idea for this sweet card. That is an adorable rocking horse. Love that you made him into a vintage Christmas card. Sweet with the added poinsettia flower.
