Inspiration projects from #119 Celebrate Friendship

We had eight beautiful projects entered in this challenge from everyone!!

Each week the Inspiration Team choose three projects from all of the just-closed Inspirational participants.  These projects are chosen because they truly capture the essence of the Inspirational.

These bright colors and fabulous mix of all those polkadots made this celebration card a choice for the designers this week.
